Mothers & Daughters...

The thought can bring tears of joy or tears of anxiety.  Sometimes it just depends on how you got along together that morning.  But girls do rely on their mothers for lots of support and guidance, even though our girls may not admit it!  The Mother & Daughter Party is a workshop that can be held in someone's home for a small group or at a school/church for a large group.  The Party is geared to be fun time together to talk and share, play games and help our daughters navigate the tricky middle school years. The workshop is great for girls ages 8-12. 

Topics highlighted are: self esteem, body image, body language, positive mental attitude, media images, girl relational aggression/girl bullying, empathy and more...
